Steady Sox & Co. began at a kitchen table with one pouring jug and a stubborn belief that a beautiful candle should tell you exactly what is inside it.
Why we started
Fragrance you can read
Most home fragrance hides behind the word “parfum”. We publish the allergens, the hazard statements and the emergency advice for every scented line we sell, and we keep a full fragrance-free range for people whose skin says no to all of it.
Everything is hand-poured in the United Kingdom, never tested on animals, and made with 100% soy and coconut wax. Our glass is designed to be refilled rather than binned.

Blend
Fragrance oils are weighed to 0.1g and blended with soy and coconut wax at a controlled temperature.
Pour
Every vessel is filled by hand in batches of forty or fewer, then cured for a full week before testing.
Assess
Each fragranced line goes through a CLP assessment before it is labelled and listed.
Pack
Shipped in recycled board with paper tape and no plastic filler. Glass is refillable.
