What is an aroma stone?
The quietest way to scent a room
An aroma stone is a piece of unglazed porcelain, cast by hand and fired until it is faintly porous. Fragrance oil soaks into that surface and evaporates at its own pace, so the scent stays soft and steady instead of arriving all at once. There is nothing to burn and nothing to switch off, which makes it the one piece of home fragrance you can safely leave in a bedroom overnight, in a wardrobe, or in a rented flat where candles are not allowed.
Ours arrive pre-scented with a 10ml refresher oil, or completely plain if you would rather choose your own.

Looking after your stone
- Always sit the stone in its dish — oils can mark polished or painted surfaces.
- Keep the refresher oil away from children, pets and direct skin contact.
- Wipe the dish clean and let the stone rest for a day before changing scent.
- Keep out of direct sunlight, which shortens how long each refresh lasts.
